We made this for us first.
We wanted something with an edge we could actually wear on a Tuesday. Not to a party. Not to a festival. To work, to dinner, to the grocery store at 9pm.
Everything we found was one of two things. Too safe — the kind of piece that disappears the second you put it on. Or straight-up costume — loud, plastic, obviously borrowed from someone else's holiday.
So we made PatchedSkull.
Not costume. Character.
Piratecore isn't a look you put on for one night. It's the idea that the good part was never the destination — it was the detour, the late night, the trip you didn't plan. Our whole brand runs on one line:
Your journey is the treasure. Own it, chase it, look good on your own terms.
That's why our mark is a one-eyed skull. It's been through something and it kept going. Nothing about it asks for sympathy.
What we pick
Every piece in this shop is chosen by hand, and the bar is simple: would we wear it on an ordinary day?
That rules out a lot. If it looks like a party favor, it doesn't make the cut. If it only works with a specific outfit, it doesn't make the cut. What's left is minimal, a little dangerous, and quiet enough that nobody has to ask what you're dressed as.
Clean lines. An outlaw edge. Nothing that demands attention it hasn't earned.
Where we are
PatchedSkull is a small independent brand based in Melbourne, Florida. Small enough that when you email us, you're emailing the person who picked the piece you're asking about.

We're not trying to be for everyone. Some people will think a one-eyed skull is too much for a Tuesday. That's fine.
